I got my first pole trick down today!!!!! For about 20 seconds or so before I realized exactly HOW bad it hurt and then I wanted nothing more than to get back to the floor 😛 Figures the first thing I’d get down would involve hunkering over, my mom has been telling me my posture is bad for years. Who knew it would finally come in handy for something?
I tried an x-pole instead of the skinnier (mink?) ones and that helped a lot with my climbs too (insert ‘like it thick’ joke here as necessary).
Here’s someone else doing the teddy I can do, I didn’t get a picture in class today 😦

We were trying that one but it’s HARD… my instructor says I’m a humper not a bender. Maybe I should be offended? 😛
